FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The First Impressions Team serves to help LWC make the best first impression on every person that walks through the door! Roles on this team include: Welcome Center, Greeters, Cup-O-Joe coffee.
MULTIMEDIA TEAM
Our multimedia team includes running sound, lights, the visual computer, and camera for services.
SAFETY TEAM
The church safety team is responsible for the protection of the church and congregation during all ministry events and services.
USHERS
A church usher plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and orderly environment during worship services. Their responsibilities typically include assisting with seating, collecting offerings, and providing general guidance or support as needed. Ushers help ensure that the service runs smoothly and that all guests feel comfortable and respected
PRAISE TEAM
Our Praise Team is made up of musically gifted individuals who not only have a heart for worship but also live a lifestyle of worship. They are passionate about using their God-given talents to lead others into the presence of God through music and praise.
HOSPITAILITY & CLEANING
The hospitality and cleaning team can include regular cleaning, helping set up or tear down for special events, and special projects.
GROUNDS & MAINTENANCE
This team is for skilled individuals who want to use their craft and talents to help inprove the condition of the church and property. This can also include vehicle maintenance.
